LLegamos al 2015, se introduce la nueva de SCALED, les pondremos las version RX’d y sus versiones SCALED para aquellos que no sepan o tengan dudas de una de las versiones que podemos hacer en el OPEN.

Cosas nuevas que hicieron ruido aquel año, pues en el 15.3 poner los Ring Muscle Ups al inicio del wod fue algo muy comentado según recuerdo.
