Ha llegado la segunda entrega de EL OPEN y ya se prendió el cerro! 23.2 viene en formato extendido. Dos partes, en la primera (23.2a) de 15 minutos, para entretenernos con shuttle runs, seguidos de burpees o burpee pull-ups de acuerdo a la versión que ejecutes. En la segunda parte (23.2b) pondrá frente a nosotros el reto de ejecutar el thruster más pesado que logremos.

 

Les comparto tres de las versiones publicadas para este año:

23.2A Versión RX

Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 5 burpee pull-ups
  • 10 shuttle runs (1 rep = 50 ft) *

Add 5 burpee pull-ups after each round

23.2B Versión RX

Immediately following 23.2A, athletes will have 5 minutes to establish: 1-rep-max thruster (from the floor).

23.2A Versión SCALED

Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 5 burpee pull-ups
  • 10 shuttle runs (1 rep = 50 ft) *

Add 5 burpee pull-ups after each round

23.2B Versión SCALED

Immediately following 23.2A, athletes will have 5 minutes to establish: 1-rep-max thruster (from the floor).

23.2A Versión FOUNDATIONS

Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 5 burpee
  • 10 shuttle runs OR walk (1 rep = 50 ft) *

Add 5 burpee after each round.

23.2B Versión FOUNDATIONS

Immediately following 23.2A, athletes will have 5 minutes to establish: 1-rep-max thruster for best technique and load Time begins immediately following the completion of 23.2A.
